Terms and conditions of use
Products were protected by default by the manufacturer by a maximum of 3 years as of May 20th, 2019. Any prior agreement is kept and honored by the company to assure that the customer has satisfaction under the terms and conditions upon which she/he made the purchase.
Any factory defect should be reported within no more than 1 month after purchase so the company can find a way to resolve the matter.
During the lifetime of the warranty, Homoeonic only will cover the cost for repair, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Homoeonic provides 1 year of warranty with its instruments on any MANUFACTURING defects. It does not cover damage caused by the end-user within the default warranty time.
Homoeonic WILL NOT receive any instruments if there was NO PREVIOUS warning by the shipper. Upon notification, Homoeonic will schedule with the shipper a proper date and so the company has knowledge of a shipment being made. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please notify the company BEFORE considering sending the instrument for a repair by means of telephone or by means of email. Additional information may be required such as an image of the damaged instrument prior to any shipment being made.
Homoeonic WILL ONLY cover the shipping cost back to the shipper if a positive Return for Repair case is determined. If it is determined that the instrument had no flaw what so ever by a technician once it is received, Homoeonic WILL NOT cover the shipping cost back to the shipper. (Read the important note in point number 2).
These policies can be changed without any previous warning to the community. It is the responsibility of the community to check the warranty policies if they did not receive a notification by email stating so.
